Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for AnemoneMart

Delivery Policy

  • All orders are shipped via the delivery service selected during checkout.
  • For Retail Orders: We aim to deliver stock items immediately upon processing.
  • For Wholesale Orders: Products are manufactured after receiving the order and payment, with a production time of 1-4 weeks. Any delays will be communicated in advance.
  • International Delivery:
    • FedEx, UPS, DHL: 4-7 working days.
    • Other Services: 7-15 working days.
    • Customs charges, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s policies.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or if there is a packing error:

  • Contact us immediately at info@martanemone.com with your order number, name, address, and a description of the issue.
  • We will guide you through the resolution process.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can return or exchange items under the following conditions:

  1. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  2. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Customized or personalized items, unless they are damaged or faulty.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes a quality check.
  • Refund processing time: 5-6 days after inspection.
  • Payment method used during purchase will be credited.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • The cost of re-delivery for exchanges is borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • If the product has already been shipped, the cancellation request will not be accepted.
